Meet Jenny!

We were thrilled to take delivery of Jenny, our new Jen-Ken 26-inch kiln. We'd been without a big kiln since our workhorse CS-26 died in March.

Even though we kept working, It was a bit frustrating for us and for our collecters to be limited to making pieces that were no bigger than 10 in diameter or six-inch square. But, we adapted.

Now that Jenny's here, we'll spend a week or so making sets of tiles, all the same, and then firing them at different temperatures. That way we'll be sure we know what to expect so we can optimize each firing for the best results!
